Settlement Committee is India’s first PNGRB empowered body/committee to manage, co-ordinate and facilitate the Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board in matters relating to Unified Tariff determination and settlement among transporters. Settlement Committee comprises of members from the Industry Committee.

Industry Committee is a committee constituted by PNGRB, comprising of representatives from GAIL (India) Limited, GSPL Transmission Limited, Pipeline Infrastructure Limited, Reliance Gas Pipeline Limited, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited, GSPL India Gasnet Limited, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, GSPL India Transco Limited, and Indradhanush Gas Grid Limited, entities owning pipelines forming the part of National Gas Grid System. The committee is constituted for the purpose of development and operationalisation of settlement mechanism and to represent respective pipeline entity, on matters related to Unified Tariff.
